Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of the medical marijuana program vs recreational?
Some of the benefits include, but are not limited to: Medical Marijuana patients have a doctor who will discuss with you what your conditions are and how cannabis may help those symptoms; Medical patients don't have to pay the 20% Recreational tax; Medical patients can purchase and carry larger amounts of flower, concentrates, and extracts than can Recreational customers.
Why can't recreational customers purchase from a medical dispensary?
The state of Oregon OMMP Program is designated for Medical Marijuana patients, whereas a recreational Dispensary is designated to sell to the public.
